Here at bed-e-byes Ltd we want to give you the confidence and peace of mind you need to order the essentials for your baby.
Here are some of the most common questions we are asked.
How can I contact you?
Why do I need to register before I can buy from bed-e-byes.com?
We ask you to register so that we can process your order quickly and efficiently and provide you with a secure shopping experience.
Your details are kept totally secure using industry-standard 128 bit-encryption, and your personal information will never be given to any 3rd parties.
When will my order be delivered?
Your items will be despatched the next working day after we receive your order, and sent by a dedicated courier service. You will be sent order tracking details by email, and you should receive your order between 7.30am and 6pm on the next working day.
How do I track my order?
When your order is despatched from our warehouse in Southampton, we will email you using the address you gave at the registration phase. This email will contain the order tracking details and courier information.
Can you send my order to an alternative address?
Yes. When you place your order you will be asked for the delivery address. Please be aware that if your order is sent to a different address, there may be a delay in processing your order. This is for security reasons and to protect our customers.
What happens if I can’t accept my delivery?
We understand that sometimes you are not able to accept your delivery. Our couriers are able to redeliver your order a maximum of 2 times free of charge. If they still can’t deliver your order, we will contact you via email to determine how best to progress with the delivery.
Can I order online and collect my order?
Unfortunately not. We hold most of our stock in our main warehouse in Southampton which is not open to the public. However the bed-e-byes shop in North Yorkshire stocks all of our products listed on the site, so if you’re nearby, please feel free to come and visit us. We’d love to see you.
Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands?
Yes we deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. There is a flat delivery fee of £13.99. We would ask you to allow for up to 6 working days for delivery.

What happens if I input the incorrect delivery address?
We’re committed to helping combat online fraud, and so we will not redirect any order that has been placed or has already been despatched. We would ask you to take care when entering your delivery address.
Do you sell good for wholesale / retail?
If you have a wholesale or retail enquiry, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us on 0333 939 0018, and one of ourrepresentatives will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
Can you deliver to a PO Box number?
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
How do I return an item?
We want you to be be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from bed-e-byes.com. However, we understand that sometimes you do need return something.
If you do need to return something to us, please contact us on 0333 939 0018 for a return number, and then use the original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box and send it back to us.
How long will it take you to refund me?
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product back from you. It takes approximately 7 days for us to process the return, and a further 3-4 days for your bank to refund your account.
My order was damaged in transit, do I have to pay for the return?
No. But you will need to contact us within a day of receipt of your delivery.
We will also ask you for your order number and your request for a return number, and a photograph of the damaged item. Please don't worry we will ask for all this information from you when we email you with your returns number.
Do you delivery outside of Mainland UK?
We can deliver your order worldwide, however there are some restriction of countries we deliver to which are outlined in our delivery page.
Do you welcome customer comments and feedback?
We would love to know how can improve our customer service, or if you have a general comment about our extensive product range or the website. No matter whether you’re an existing customer, or visiting our website for the first time, your opinion and feedback is welcome.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your bed-e-byes purchase and we will refund or exchange any unused item provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging.
Please contact us on 0333 939 0018 and request a return number.
If the product has not been returned in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, and a repacking fee may be charged if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
We will refund the original delivery charge and the return postal charge if the product is faulty or damaged. If a product is returned because it is unwanted we will not refund the delivery or return postal charges. Your statutory rights are not affected when the goods are faulty.
How do you test your products?
We take the performance and safety of our products as seriously as you do, and all of our baby products are thoroughly tested in the UK at independent accredited test houses, and exceed British standards, such as Tog rating and BS 1877.
