- How can I contact the team at bed-e-byes.com.
You can use the "Contact Us" button or alternatively phone us on 01756 730858 our free phone number and select option 2 to talk to one of the team.
- Can I place an order using the free phone number.
You can place an order using our free phone number during office hours. If this is not convenient, please contact us using the "contact us" page of the website and we will phone you back at a convenient time to take your order.
- Why do I need to register on the bed-e-byes.com site.
You need to register on the site so that we can process your order smoothly and we can give you maximum security in your shopping experience. Details we take are totally secure using 128 bit encryption and your details will not be given to any 3rd parties.
- When will my order be delivered.
Your order will be despatched on the next working day from your order being received. It will then be on a dedicated courier service one of the three we use and delivered between 7.30am and 6pm on the next working day. Order tracking details will be sent to you via email, to let you know what's going on.
- How do I track my order.
At the time your order is despatched from our warehouse in Southampton we will email you using the address you gave at the registration phase. The email will contain the tracking details and courier information. We use a number of couriers to deliver your order and we will send a link in your email for you to use.
- Can you despatch my order to an alternative address.
At the time of ordering you will be asked where you would like your order sent. bed-e-byes are able to deliver to an alternative address other than your billing address, but please be aware there may be a delay in processing your order for security reasons. This is to protect our customers.
- What happens if I have not been able to accept my delivery.
Our couriers understand that sometimes you are not able to accept the delivery booked. So, we are able to redeliver your order a maximum of 2 times free of charge. After that we will contact you via email to decide how best to progress with the delivery.
- Can I collect my order.
As the bulk of our stock is in our main warehouse in Southampton we are unable to take orders through the website and allow for customer collection, however the bed-e-byes shop in North Yorkshire stocks all the products listed on the site, so please feel free to come and visit us.
- Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Yes we deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and there is a flat fee of £13.99. Please allow for up to 6 working days for delivery. Please use the "Contact Us" page.
- What happens if I input the incorrect delivery address.
Due to on-line fraud we are afraid that we cannot redirect any order that has been placed or have been despatched, please ensure you input the correct address at the order stage.
- Do you sell good for wholesale / retail.
If you have an enquiry please ring phone 01756730700. We have a number of representatives who will be happy to discuss your requirements.
- Can you make deliveries to a PO Box number.
We are afraid that we cannot accept orders that are for delivery to PO Box numbers.
- How do I return an item.
We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from bed-e-byes.com. However, if for some reason you wish to return your product, please do so using the original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box. Before returning an item you will need a return number from us so that we can process your return as soon as we can. Please request this number on the "contact Us" page.
- How long will it take you to refund me.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product back from you. It will take approximately 7 days for the processing to be completed and a further 3-4 days for your bank to refund your account.
- I have received damaged goods do I have to pay for the return.
Very simply NO. However we do require you to tell us within 1 day of you receiving a damaged product. Please do this using the " Contact Us" page. We also require a photograph of the damaged item, your order number and your request for a return number. Please don't worry we will ask for all this information from you when we email you with your returns number.
- Do you delivery outside of Mainland UK.
bed-e-byes can deliver worldwide, however there are some restriction of countries we deliver to. These are outlined in our delivery page.
- Customer comments and feedback.
We would like to know if we could improve our service to you or if you have a general comment about our extensive range or website. Please do this on our "Contact Us" page. We will take your comments seriously and act upon them if we are able to, they really are important to us.
- What is your return policy.
We want you to be completely happy with your bed-e-byes purchase and we will refund or exchange any unused item provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging. You may return your goods by requesting a return number from the "Contact Us" page on this website. If we find the product has not been returned in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund the original delivery charge and the return postal charge if the product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted a repacking fee may be charged if goods are not returned in a saleable condition. Your statutory rights are not affected when the goods are faulty.
- How do you test your products.
All of our products are tested in the UK at Independent accredited test houses. We take performance and safety as seriously as you do and we test for Tog rating BS1877 bumper tests and general performance requirements, in line with all British Standards.
